剝皮寮歷史街區 Bopiliao Historic Block

「剝皮寮」由字面上解釋，與剝樹皮、剝獸皮有關，但若以發音來研究，最後音近似閩南語發音的「剝皮寮」而得名。

艋舺龍山寺旁的剝皮寮歷史街區，位在康定路、廣州街及昆明街口，整條街區保存了清代完整的街型、傳統居屋以及日據時代的市區改正後的立面和光復後改建的面貌，剝皮寮歷史街區的整個建築空間，見證了當年艋舺的發展，在街區內包含了不少具有紀念意義的歷史古建築以及店家，如呂阿昌醫生宅、章太炎旅臺居所、鳳翔浴室、宋協興號、長壽號茶桌仔店、永興亭、秀英茶室、威靈壇、日祥旅社、太陽製本所等，因此蘊含了相當豐富的在地鄉土文化，是最佳的鄉土教學場所。

Peeling the historic district
The Peeling Historical District ,beside the Longshan Temple , is located at Kangding Road, Guangzhou Street and Kunming Street. The entire block preserves the complete street-style, traditional home ownership in the Qing Dynasty, and the urban rectification in the Japanese era. Face and reconstruction after the restoration, the entire architectural space of the historic district was peeled off, witnessed the development of the old town, and included many monumental historical buildings and stores in the neighborhood, such as Dr. Ah Lu Chang’s house and Zhang Taiyan. Travel home residence, Fengxiang bathroom, Song Xiexing, Longevity tea table shop, Yongxing pavilion, Xiuying tea room, Wei Ling altar, Rixiang hotel, solar system, and so on, so it contains a wealth of local culture, is the most Good local teaching venues. The Peeling Historical District is located on the south side of Lao Song Country. Since the era of the Japanese occupation, it was included in the urban plan as a school site, and in the Republic of 77 years, a series of operations such as expropriation and compensation was carried out until June of the same year. The policy of preservation and reuse for Lao Street was collected on schedule and re-planned on the basis of preservation of cultural assets and use as a basis for local cultural education.
